You cannot solve an energetic mismatch with a productivity hack

If you are reading this, you are likely highly successful, incredibly capable, and completely exhausted.

You have probably tried every time-management framework, calendar-blocking method, and high-performance habit on the market. But at the end of the day, you are still closing your laptop with a completely drained battery, leaving nothing left for your family, your health, or your life.

I spent three decades believing that if I just worked harder, planned better, or pushed through the fatigue, I could override my physical limits.

I was wrong.

Your struggle is not a lack of discipline. It is a structural mismatch between a corporate system designed for infinite capacity and the physical reality of how your body is wired to work.

From the Executive Boardroom to the Cardiac Unit

I did not learn about high-pressure environments from a textbook. I spent 30 years climbing the ranks of the US corporate world, eventually reaching the Vice President level. I know what it means to lead high-stakes initiatives, manage multi-million dollar budgets, and navigate the relentless demands of executive leadership.

I also know the exact cost of ignoring your body’s warning signs.

For years, I ignored the Sunday dread, the constant fatigue, and the feeling of autopilot execution. I assumed it was simply the price of success.

That belief ended on a night in San Francisco, when I was rushed to a hospital cardiac unit with symptoms of a major heart attack. After hours of tests, the doctors found nothing physically wrong with my heart.

My body had simply pulled the emergency brake because I refused to step off the treadmill.

I eventually walked away from that world, relocated to Spain, and began the slow process of rebuilding my health. That was when I discovered Human Design.

Human Design as a logical diagnostic tool

When I first encountered Human Design, I was skeptical. As a logical, execution-focused corporate executive, I had no interest in spiritual theories or personality tests that did not translate to real-world results.

But as I studied the system, I realized it is actually a highly precise, mechanical map of human energy.

In Human Design, I am a Projector. Practically speaking, this means my natural skill does not lie in raw, relentless execution. Instead, my system is wired to see the big picture, master complex systems, and spot the hidden patterns where energy and efficiency are leaking.

Projectors are built to lead not by trying to out-work everyone, but by asking insightful questions, recognizing the true potential in others, and making people feel deeply seen. My role is to help you use these insights to improve your efficiency and restructure your workload so you can perform at a high level without burning out.

Understanding my design gave me the blueprint to finally stop fighting my own body. It explained why I kept burning out, and more importantly, how to structure my days so I could perform at a high level without sacrificing my life.

A corporate perspective with an energetic map

Today, I help other corporate professionals use this exact blueprint to find relief.

What I bring to our work is a rare combination. I understand the reality of your corporate world: the deadlines, the politics, the pressure, and the responsibilities. I also understand the mechanics of your unique energy system.

My approach is practical, grounded, and focused on execution. We will not talk about abstract theories. We will look at your actual calendar, identify your specific energy leaks, and build a sustainable rhythm that lets you keep your professional edge while reclaiming your personal life.

You do not have to wait for a physical crisis to change the way you work.
